These terms explain how you may use the LinDirect website and the basis on which future purchases will be offered. LinDirect is currently a store preview and does not accept orders. The seller’s legal identity, business contact details and any additional purchase disclosures will be published before checkout opens.

Using this website

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, upload malicious material or misuse another person’s information. You may browse and share links for personal purposes. Copyright and other rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners.

Product information

We aim to provide clear, accurate information. Preview illustrations are not photographs of final products. Before purchasing, check the final description, dimensions and compatibility information for your specific device. We will correct material errors and will not knowingly substitute a different product without your agreement.

Orders and availability

Once ordering is available, you must provide accurate contact and delivery information and have the legal capacity to make the purchase. Order acceptance will be confirmed separately from an automated acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil a request because an item is unavailable or a material listing error needs correction, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items.

Prices, payment and delivery

The order total and applicable charges will be shown before payment. See Payment Information and Shipping & Delivery for details. Any changes to a confirmed order require an appropriate agreement; later website edits do not retrospectively change an existing order.

Returns and consumer rights

Our standard process is explained in Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Website availability and external links

We may update the site or interrupt access for maintenance. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. This does not limit responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including our obligations in relation to paid orders.
